Identify & Utilize Your Strengths

Goal setting and utilizing your strengths are essential to achieving your dreams and a core focus of the Hope Circles program.

The VIA Character Strengths survey is a free psychological assessment tool developed by several prominent positive psychologists. It is designed to identify and rank your unique strengths. The goal of the survey is to encourage you to utilize and build upon your strengths, especially when facing challenges, in order to find greater well-being.

Career Exploration Resources

The University of California, Berkeley website provides a comprehensive array of information to help students learn about career paths, industries, and opportunities for gaining experience. Hundreds of informational interviews with a diverse group of professionals are also available on the site.
