Resources

Hope Circles provides tools and training to students in participating schools who are committed to creating positive futures for themselves. Here you’ll find resources that align with the work the Hope Circles program offers.

The resources below were developed in collaboration with universities. University websites are generally a reliable place to find information to support your journey to successfully achieving your dreams.

Identify & Utilize Your Strengths

Goal setting and utilizing your strengths are essential to achieving your dreams and are a core focus of the Hope Circles program.

The VIA Character Strengths survey is a free psychological assessment tool available on this website. It is designed to identify and rank your unique strengths. The goal of the survey, which was developed by several prominent positive psychologists, is to encourage people to utilize and build upon their strengths, especially when they are facing challenges.
